Yoga has many physical and mental health benefits that can be especially helpful now. It sharpens the mind, improves strength and balance, and helps make anxiety and stress easier to manage. Roll out your mat and join us.
There will bi-weekly yoga meetups Tuesdays and Thursdays led by Meena and Tara. Meetings during October will be via Zoom. To register, use the link above or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
